How TereaTV operates legally.
TereaTV is a streaming service operating with content distribution agreements in the regions we serve. We respect intellectual property rights and operate transparently as a registered business entity with an established support team and verifiable operational history since 2020.
Important: Broadcasting and copyright laws vary by country. We strongly recommend that all subscribers verify the legal status of streaming services in their specific jurisdiction.
Terms of Service.
1. Service Agreement
By subscribing to TereaTV, you agree to use our streaming service for personal entertainment purposes. Subscription credentials are issued to a single account holder and may be used across multiple devices according to your selected plan's connection limit.
2. Acceptable Use
Subscribers agree not to: (a) share account credentials publicly, (b) attempt to record, redistribute, or rebroadcast content, (c) use the service for commercial public display without proper licensing, (d) circumvent our connection limits via VPN or proxy chaining for fraudulent purposes.
3. Account Suspension
Accounts found in violation of acceptable use may be suspended without refund. We provide written notice and a 48-hour cure period for first-time violations except in cases of clear fraud, payment chargebacks, or active redistribution.
4. Service Availability
We commit to 99.9% uptime measured monthly. In case of service interruption exceeding our SLA, we provide service credits or refunds per our refund policy. Maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance.
5. Pricing & Renewals
Subscription prices are locked at signup. Renewal occurs automatically at the same price unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. We notify subscribers 7 days before renewal. Annual plans receive 14-day cancellation notices.
Privacy Policy.
Data We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide and improve our service: email address, payment information (processed by PCI-compliant gateways — we never store full card details), IP address (security only), device type, and basic usage analytics.
What We Don't Collect
We do NOT collect: viewing history per user, personal browsing data, location beyond country level, or any third-party cookies for advertising. TereaTV does not sell user data to third parties under any circumstances.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation (for tax/legal compliance). After 12 months, all personally identifiable information is permanently deleted.
Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, export your data, and opt out of communications. Email support@tereatv.com with subject "Data Request".
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for session management and language preferences. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
DMCA & Content Concerns.
TereaTV respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe content distributed via our service infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the channel/content allegedly infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Physical or electronic signature

We respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Verified infringing content is removed immediately.
Refunds & Cancellations.
24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
Monthly plans include a 24-hour money-back guarantee for technical issues we cannot resolve. Contact support@tereatv.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Service Credits
Quarterly, half-year, and annual plans receive prorated service credits if uptime falls below 99.5% in any given month. Credits are automatically applied to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your Client Area dashboard. Service continues until the end of your paid period. No early termination fees, ever.
Reseller & Restream Refunds
Reseller credits are non-refundable but never expire — use them anytime. Restream packages may be downgraded but not refunded once the service period begins.
